THE WINNING MINDSET FORMULA
When it comes to setting goals, it is important to start with your "WHY."
Why do you want to achieve this goal?
What is your motivation for pursuing it?
Once you have a clear understanding of your motivation, you can begin to set goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. These goals should challenge you and push you outside of your comfort zone.
However, they should also be realistic and attainable. Otherwise, you will likely become discouraged and give up on your goal altogether. Pursuing a big goal can be daunting, but by taking the time to break it down into smaller steps, you can increase your chances of success.
Remember to stay focused and keep your eye on the prize. With hard work and determination, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
